Yay!
So my mom and dad and little sister are coming to visit me this weekend. I am excited about this. I have not seen them in 3 weeks. I suppose that is not a long time to some people, but I miss them. And I am excited to see them. Only thing is, they will be here at around 9:30 pm. I have to work until 12:30 am. So really, I won't get to see them until tomorrow. Which kind of stinks. But hey, such is life. Really busy here at work, so I shall leave you with this.

I think it's great that you're that close to your family that you miss them after only 3 weeks. A lot of people don't have that...I haven't seen my family since November. Family is one of the most important elements of life, but some of us aren't always dealt the best hand when it comes to family.

How true. After all it is said that you can pick your friends, but you can't pick your family.
Even when I don't have family around, I tend to 'adopt' people to be my family. My home away from home kind of people. You know what I mean.

ohhh .. that's nice .. do you have anything special planned for them? are you perhaps going to prepare them dinner or take them out to a nice place? how's the weather during the weekend?

nabeel - welcome! I didn't have anything special planned, they usually make the plans when they come. We did a little shopping, and a lot of catching up. The weather sort-of cooperated. It was cloudy, but not too cold.
